Paul Hotker, the Senior Winemaker from the Icon of Langhorne Creek

Established in 1850, Bleasdale has a long and distinguished history in the South Asutralian wine industry. Senior Winemaker Paul Hotker inherited a brand of wine with more than 160 years of family winemaking experience, but is more than doing his part in leading Bleasdale into the next stage of its life. Throughout his career, Hotker has covered all stages of the grape-growing and winemaking process, starting in the industry as a viticulturist in the early 1990s, before transitioning into winemaking in 1999 (via a few other careers, one being bicycle messenger).
