What are your delivery times?

Delivery times are every Friday from 4pm to 9pm.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is FREE with in Adelaide metro (15kms) Minimum order spend $100.

How is my order delivered?

For fresh meat or seafood, products are packaged in Chilltainer boxes with ice packs that have been designed and tested to keep products at required temperatures for 4 hours from delivery. Ideally the order should be placed in the fridge immediately upon receiving therefore it is important to have the order delivered to an address where someone can receive it. We accept no liability or responsibility for our products if they are not properly refrigerated after 4 hours from time of delivery (depending on weather).

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will attempt to cancel your order. In the event your cancellation request is made after 5PM Pacific Standard Time we will do all we can do to honour your request. However, if the order has already been packed or shipped, we will be unable to cancel the order. Please view our Shipping & Delivery policy for additional details on shipment cut-off times and delivery schedules.

Do you deliver outside of Adelaide?

If you order fresh meat or seafood, currently we don’t, but we are on working on this for future deliveries. If you order wines or other non-perishable products from us, we can ship to every corner of Australia, except Northern Territory (Due to Northern Territory Government legislative changes to the Liquor Amendment Bill in order to regulate the sale, provision, promotion and consumption of liquor within the Northern Territory, wecannot ship to this region).

Can I have the wine shipped to somebody else as a gift?

Yes, but make sure the person is over 18 and that they'll sign to receive it. We can also include gift messages.

During checkout, we'll verify that we can ship the wine to the address you're sending it to. If there are any problems, we'll let you know.
