This Museum Release of Ares represents the very best shiraz parcels selected in our 2014 vintage
Medium to full-bodied, this wine explodes on the palate with saturated blackberry and black cherry. Concentrated and mouth-coating, flavours roll and crash through every corner of the palate. Complexing notes of lavender, pipe smoke, vanilla pod, and shortcrust pastry add depth and complexity. Tannins are folded through the fruit and provide regal structure whilst the acidity provides freshness and pop. Incredibly long through the late palate, with supporting notes of 90% dark chocolate and fresh black peppercorns.
