HEWITSON BABY BUSH MOURVÈDRE 2019

A ‘Selection Massale’ commenced in 1998 from the 1853 Old Garden Vineyard. Literally babies from the parent vineyard grown as bush vines. Medium red with a bright purple hue, brambly blueberry and black cherry, dried herbs and earth. Sarsaparilla and forest fruits backed by very soft and fully ripe tannins.
