From 1961 estate plantings of Palomino. Palomino is widely known as a sherry grape, finds its home when grown around Jerez de la Frontera in southern Spain. Here in the Barossa Valley our loam over clay soils of the Cottage Block vineyard deliver fruit perfect for use in Fortified White.

Grape Variety- Palomino. Pale tawny. Smoked meats, toffee apple. Molasses, treacle, and smokiness. Rich mouthfeel and finishes clean and dry due to variety. Pour it on your ice cream!
